In short, Uganda Knuckles is a meme based on a character named Knuckles from the Sonic games franchise.
You can tame them if you give them any of the following items: mushroom meat, wheat seeds, bones and sugar. This will work only with babies. Tamed Uganda Knuckles will fight with all kinds of hostile mobs of Minecraft PE. This will require that the hostile mob first attack you (or you on them) before it begins to protect you.
